India warns Pakistan against talks

DHAKA: Indian PM Manmohan Singh said that Pakistan must prevent that "the epicenter of terrorism" before talks with his Pakistani counterpart, Nawaz Sharif.

Also, Mr. Singh stressed that Mr Sharif hopes to better relations between the two Asian rivals together.
